Ice sculptures used in a way the interacts with the guests at the party is always a winner.  Here at the Four Seasons in Palm Beach this beautiful sculpture chilled and delivered some delightful martini's.

Artist Group's biggest secret is their timeline.  To tell a great story, a photographer needs a outline of the day's pictures.  We call this outline a timeline.  By creating a timeline in advance with your photographer, you are guaranteed a better result. Although your coordinator has a schedule to share with your photographer, it does not do the job of the photographer's timeline, which ensures that you have enough time to take pictures that are important to you.  The timeline also allows the photographer to have creative input and to check your location and lighting options.  Most of the best pictures of your day will happen in a split second, once this timeline is completed, the client can relax knowing such moments were captured. The greatest gift we can give you is natural pictures and the greatest gift you give yourself is to enjoy the moment.

This breakdown in how the Artist Group ensures they obtain all the important shots that are assembled into a book at a later date.  As you plan your day, it can be valuable to know the breakdown ahead of time.  This will give you an idea of when the most important shots take place.
